Visitors with disabilities are eligible for reduced-price admission and accessible entry to attractions:
A special rate of €16.00 applies at the park’s ticket windows upon presentation of a valid Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) for people with disabilities or those eligible for priority access.
Admission to the park is free for people in wheelchairs. Standard admission rates apply to accompanying guests.
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an information guide and a wristband for you and your companions (up to 3 people) to make your visit easier and facilitate access to certain attractions. This wristband is non-transferable and valid only on the day it is issued. You must present it to our staff to facilitate your visit. If the wristband is removed, it will not be replaced under any circumstances.

Only the person with priority may use the designated alternate entry points, accompanied by at least one person wearing a “companion” wristband. The rest of the group must use the regular lines.
If a person with a disability does not wish to ride the attraction, the companion wristbands serve no purpose, and these individuals must use the regular line.
The caregiver must fully fulfill their role and physically assist the person with a disability.
In the event of an evacuation:
It is mandatory that the person with a disability be able to sit and remain secure throughout the evacuation.
The companion must be able to assist with the evacuation, guide, and reassure the person with a disability.
Our staff are not authorized to provide physical assistance to visitors.
Service dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the park.
Since dogs are not allowed on the ride, a guardian must stay outside with the dog.
First aid services are available upon request in the park. Please note that we are not authorized to administer medication or provide medical advice.
Parking spaces are available near the park entrance. These spaces are reserved for holders of a disabled parking permit. Simply place the permit behind your windshield where it is clearly visible.
