Reservations are not required. However, purchasing your ticket online allows you to plan your visit in advance and save time when you arrive. Tickets can also be purchased directly at the park’s ticket counters, for an additional €1 per ticket compared to the online price.

If the date shown on your ticket has passed, unfortunately, it can no longer be used. Season tickets for the 2026–2027 season are valid through November 7, 2027.

Admission is free for children under 3 years of age, upon presentation of proof of age.

Cigoland is a park that’s particularly well-suited for young children. Many attractions are accessible to toddlers. Since admission requirements may vary from one attraction to another, we invite you to visit the “All Attractions” section of our website to learn more about the admission requirements.

Children under 12 get free admission on their birthday, upon presentation of proof of age.

You can leave the park and return the same day. You must ask for a stamp at the reception desk before leaving the park so that you can re-enter later that day.

The ticket booths close one hour before the park closes.

The park is usually open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On busy days, closing time may be extended until 6:30 p.m. or even 7 p.m. To find out the scheduled closing time on the day of your visit, please feel free to ask our staff in the afternoon.

Cigoland is home to many different animal species: storks, fallow deer, dwarf goats, ponies, donkeys, peacocks, ducks, llamas, rabbits, and many others. To ensure their well-being, feeding the animals is prohibited.

Strollers and small carts are allowed in the park. Small carts are also available for rent at a rate of €7 per day, subject to availability.

You can bring your own lunch and enjoy the various picnic areas in the park. There are also several dining options available if you prefer to eat on site.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking areas are clearly marked on the park map. We ask that you please use these areas to ensure the comfort of all visitors.

Charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the hotel parking lot, near the park.

Visitor parking at Cigoland is free.

Cigoland is accessible to people with disabilities. However, accessibility may vary depending on the attraction. Holders of a Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) Disability or Priority card are eligible for an admission rate of €16. This ticket is available only at the park’s ticket windows upon presentation of a valid card. Admission is free for wheelchair users.

There are two hotels located right next to Cigoland: the Hôtel Cigoland and the Hôtel Au Parc des Cigognes. Guests staying at these hotels enjoy extended access to the park for the duration of their stay, upon presentation of a valid ticket, at no additional cost.
