Your responsibilities:
- Visitor Services: You will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for welcoming them warmly, providing them with information, and guiding them throughout their visit.
- Visitor Flow Management: You will ensure that entry and exit procedures run smoothly, while safeguarding the safety and well-being of visitors.
- Ticket Sales: You will be responsible for processing ticket sales for individuals and groups using computerized ticket counters. You must ensure the accuracy of all transactions and sales.
- Sales of Products and Services: You will recommend and sell park products (passes, scavenger hunts, souvenirs, etc.) to enhance the visitor experience.
- Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: You will contribute to the park’s overall atmosphere by creating a welcoming environment and meeting visitors’ expectations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Energetic and cheerful: You enjoy interacting with people and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and thorough: You are able to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer tools: You are comfortable using computerized cash registers and office software.
- Experience: Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but motivated beginners are also welcome!
- Flexible schedule: You are available to work on weekends and holidays, as needed by the park.

- Job Type: Fixed-term contract, Full-time (35 hours)
- A 14-hour student contract (Saturdays and Sundays) is also available
- Duration: approximately 5 months (March 16 to August 31, 2026), with the possibility of an extension through November 1, 2026
