Free visitor parking is available. Designated parking spaces for people with disabilities are provided. Do not leave valuables in plain sight or pets in your vehicles. The parking lots are not monitored, and the management of Parc Cigoland assumes no liability for any damage that may occur to or inside vehicles.

For dining, you can choose between a traditional Alsatian restaurant, L’Auberge de la Ferme; a self-service snack bar, “Le Cigo Sack”; and Chez Noody, a friendly fast-food spot.
Several areas have been set up specifically to ensure that your picnics go smoothly; they are marked on the park map.

There is a gift shop located in the "Extreme Worlds" area. There you'll find useful items and many souvenirs from the park and the Alsace region.
Where can I change my baby’s diaper?
Changing tables are available in the restrooms at the Auberge de la Ferme, next to the Carrousel 1900, and at the King-Kong.
